Cancellation

To cancel your service:

  1. Contact us at helpdesk.rogerle.com
  2. Let us know which service you want to cancel
  3. We'll process the cancellation
Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where service failure is attributable to RogerLe.com. Generally:

  • No refund for services already rendered
  • No refund for accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Unused time on yearly plans may be eligible for partial refund — contact us to discuss

Data After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your data (files, databases, emails) will be permanently deleted after your service period ends. It is your responsibility to download your data before cancellation.

Important: We recommend backing up all your data before requesting cancellation.
