Common Causes

Your IP is Blocked

Too many failed login attempts trigger an automatic IP ban.
  • Wait 15 minutes and try again
  • If still blocked, contact us and we'll whitelist your IP

Wrong URL or Port

DirectAdmin runs on port 2222. Make sure your URL looks like:
https://your-server.rogerle.com:2222

Wrong Credentials

DirectAdmin has its own login — it's separate from your billing portal.
  • Check your welcome email for DirectAdmin credentials
  • If you've lost them, contact us at helpdesk.rogerle.com for a reset

Browser Issues

  • Try a different browser or incognito/private mode
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

Server Maintenance

Rarely, the server may be undergoing maintenance. Check status.rogerle.com for any ongoing issues.

Contact Us

If none of the above helps, submit a ticket at helpdesk.rogerle.com with:

  • Your domain name
  • Your IP address (Google "what is my IP")
  • The error message you're seeing
