I Can't Access DirectAdmin
Common Causes
Your IP is Blocked
Too many failed login attempts trigger an automatic IP ban.- Wait 15 minutes and try again
- If still blocked, contact us and we'll whitelist your IP
Wrong URL or Port
DirectAdmin runs on port 2222. Make sure your URL looks like:https://your-server.rogerle.com:2222
Wrong Credentials
DirectAdmin has its own login — it's separate from your billing portal.- Check your welcome email for DirectAdmin credentials
- If you've lost them, contact us at helpdesk.rogerle.com for a reset
Browser Issues
- Try a different browser or incognito/private mode
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
Server Maintenance
Rarely, the server may be undergoing maintenance. Check status.rogerle.com for any ongoing issues.Contact Us
If none of the above helps, submit a ticket at helpdesk.rogerle.com with:
- Your domain name
- Your IP address (Google "what is my IP")
- The error message you're seeing
