Use these settings to configure any email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Gmail app, etc.):

Incoming Mail (IMAP)

SettingValue
ProtocolIMAP
ServerYour server hostname (from welcome email)
Port993
SecuritySSL/TLS
UsernameYour full email address (e.g., info@example.com)
PasswordYour email password

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

SettingValue
ServerYour server hostname (same as incoming)
Port465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
SecuritySSL/TLS or STARTTLS
AuthenticationYes (same username/password as incoming)

POP3 (Alternative)

If you prefer POP3 instead of IMAP:

SettingValue
ProtocolPOP3
ServerYour server hostname
Port995
SecuritySSL/TLS
IMAP vs POP3: We recommend IMAP because it keeps your email synced across all your devices. POP3 downloads emails and removes them from the server.

Troubleshooting

  • Authentication failed? Double-check your full email address and password
  • Can't connect? Make sure you're using the correct ports with SSL/TLS
  • Sending blocked? Some ISPs block port 25. Use port 465 or 587 instead
