Two Ways to Point Your Domain

This delegates full DNS control to us. At your domain registrar:

  1. Find the Nameservers or DNS settings for your domain
  2. Replace the current nameservers with ours (provided in your welcome email)
  3. Save changes
Changes can take 24–48 hours to propagate.

Option 2: Update A Record

If you want to keep DNS at your registrar but point the website to us:

  1. At your registrar, edit the DNS for your domain
  2. Change the A record for @ (root) to your server's IP address
  3. Change the A record for www to the same IP address
  4. If you want email hosted with us too, update the MX records

What About Email?

If you change nameservers (Option 1), your email will automatically route to our server.

If you only change A records (Option 2), you'll also need to update MX records if you want email hosted with us.
